We’re looking for an Customer Experience Representative who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, push boundaries, and drive real results. Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Send timely pre-alerts via text message to Service Providers (SPs), Outstations, Operations, and Accounting Departments.
- Respond promptly to customer queries across various channels, including email, live chat, phone, video calls, and social media.
- Identify and immediately escalate serious customer complaints or issues to the appropriate team or management for resolution.
- Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams to contribute to service enhancements and product improvements.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and any changes in policies or procedures to effectively assist customers.
- Ensure the accurate encoding of Proof of Delivery (POD) returns from Outstations and Service Partners in a timely manner.
- Always maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to company privacy policies.
- Uphold a positive, helpful, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, clients, and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferably at least 1 year experience in the logistics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and respond appropriately under pressure.
- Positive attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by the needs of the business.
- Ability to remain professional and composed in all customer interactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 – Php21,000.00 per month
