Accounts Receivable / Billing & Collections Staff

The Accounts Receivable / Billing & Collections Staff is responsible for preparing accurate client billings, monitoring receivables, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The role supports the company’s cash flow through efficient invoice processing, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams and clients.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Verify billing details with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via email, calls, or coordination with client representatives to ensure timely payment.
  • Review the rates and charges per House waybill (HWB).
  • Ensures the attachments of as required by customers are complete.
  • Track and update accounts receivable records, payment statuses, and outstanding balances.
  • Coordinates with the concerned employees for timely submission of the Proof Of Delivery (POD) to avoid late billing.
  • Prepare AR aging reports, collection updates, and variance analyses.
  • Ensure all billings and collections procedures follow company policies and accounting standards.

  • You’ll be an essential part of our logistics operations, ensuring that every invoice reflects our commitment to accuracy and excellence.
  • Preferably has a solid experience of 1 years experience in the logistics industry.
  • Sharp, detail-savvy professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for precision.
  • Laser-focused attention to detail—errors don’t stand a chance!
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle the fast-paced logistics world.
  • Stellar communication skills for addressing both client and internal queries with confidence.
