Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source top-tier candidates
  • Conduct interviews and manage a smooth, engaging candidate experience
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen morale, satisfaction, and team connection
  • Plan and implement engagement programs and culture-building activities
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to foster inclusion, collaboration, and high performance

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate workshops on leadership, communication, and productivity
  • Support professional development and continuous learning opportunities
  • Measure training effectiveness and refine learning programs

HR Operations & Support

  • Provide day-to-day assistance on HR-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation
  • Support performance management and feedback processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or similar people-facing role
  • At least 1 year background in handling teams or supporting staff operations.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable personality. Someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen
  • A connector at heart, you know how to make people feel seen, heard, and motivated
  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
  • A growth mindset: eager to learnevolve, and challenge the ordinary

Pay: Php27,000.00 – Php35,000.00 per month
