Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source top-tier candidates
- Conduct interviews and manage a smooth, engaging candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Drive initiatives that strengthen morale, satisfaction, and team connection
- Plan and implement engagement programs and culture-building activities
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to foster inclusion, collaboration, and high performance
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate workshops on leadership, communication, and productivity
- Support professional development and continuous learning opportunities
- Measure training effectiveness and refine learning programs
HR Operations & Support
- Provide day-to-day assistance on HR-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation
- Support performance management and feedback processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or similar people-facing role
- At least 1 year background in handling teams or supporting staff operations.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable personality. Someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen
- A connector at heart, you know how to make people feel seen, heard, and motivated
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
- A growth mindset: eager to learn, evolve, and challenge the ordinary
